Flow & Pause Yoga has a variety of classes for all levels. Lizzie offers students several options for each pose during class, so that they can adapt to suit their current level of need and desired intensity.
Lizzie updates her sessions weekly, based on traditional themes in yoga teachings. She infuses each class with breathwork (pranayama), postures (asana), some meditation and intention setting.
There is something to suit everyone with several styles available to practice, vinyasa (asana following a sequence flowing with the breath), hatha (traditional body and breath awareness in the asana), yin (a more meditative style with 3-5 minute holds in each of the seated or laid down asana), chair yoga (using chairs as props to help support gentle movement), restorative (gentle and focused around helping ourselves to heal the body and mind through yoga) pre and postnatal yoga (for pregnancy post 12 weeks and from 6 weeks post birth).
Lizzie's classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility and reduce stress and enjoy.

Welcome to all levels! From your first ever class to experienced practitioners, we will adapt the class and plan to meet the individual need.
Use the class as you need. You can challenge yourself and make it an active practice, or if your mind and body need rest; you can honour this and take rest throughout. Remember, it is your body, your energy, your time – use it wisely.
